As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the satisfaction of your customer portfolio. Your main objective is to on-board and support the customers in your portfolio from an analytical point of view. You are the driving force behind the detection of business opportunities and the implementation of innovation projects.

A Senior Key Account Manager will be there to guide you and help you progress on strategic assignments.
Missions
Responsible for onboarding, training, business analysis, and strategic projects for your client portfolio
Portfolio knowledge function: create the best support strategy and the right level of customisation, in partnership with the account's KAM
Generate the best analyses and strategic recommendations and present them during monthly calls with the client.
Contribute to Datagram's strategy, being the eyes and ears of the company on the ground.
Profile
1 to 2 years in the FMCG eCommerce environment (panelist, manufacturer, distributor, agency)
A desire for the SAAS universe, data analysis, eCommerce performance indicators for brands
Analytical mind
Rigour and project management skills
Impeccable communication and strong interpersonal skills
Proactive and self-sufficient. Ambitious.
