What we are looking for

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the satisfaction of your customer portfolio. Your main objective is to generate recurrent turnover and create the most relevant opportunities within your portfolio.

You have a passion for customer relationship, and an intense ability to sell: let's have a chat!


Responsible for onboarding, commitment, support and strategic projects of your client portfolio

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Responsible for renewing clientele.

Network at the highest level of the hierarchy (C-level: eCommerce director, Marketing/Digital director, CDO, DG ...)

Based on the knowledge of the portfolio: create the best support strategy and the right level of customisation.

Working closely with a Customer Success Manager for onboarding, training, business analysis for the customer.

Contribute to Datagram's strategy, being the eyes and ears of the company on the ground.


2 years of Sales or KAM on data/analysis solutions in the FMCG environment ideally.

A desire for the SAAS universe, data analysis, eCommerce performance indicators for brands

Analytical mind

Impeccable communication and strong interpersonal skills

Proactive and self-sufficient. Ambitious.
