Datagram: fast-growing tech startup

Datagram markets a Data Analytics solution for manufacturers and retailers, allowing them to have a complete view of their online distribution. This solution has already attracted many large groups such as Michelin, Heineken, Carrefour, Unilever, Marie, etc. With more than 50% monthly growth and a financing round completed in June 2019, Datagram is recruiting a dozen top profiles to join the adventure, accelerate its development and become a European leader in retail by 2021.

Missions

- Proactive follow-up of deployed customers ;

- First contact with the customer in case of feedback or need for assistance;

- Upsell and cross-sell on existing customers;

- Monitoring of partnerships ;

- Opportunity to manage future Customer Success Managers.

Profile Sought

- Minimum 2 years of higher education, business school or equivalent;

- First experience of at least 6 months in Business Development or Account Manager;

- Autonomy, excellent oral and written communication & strong interpersonal skills.
